What do you like best about Nonresident Tax?

The concept is solid and the platform interface looks professional. The promise of automated compliance for foreign-owned LLCs is exactly what non-residents need, and the onboarding process was straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nonresident Tax?

The reality does not match the promise. For over two months, I have received zero response to my emails despite multiple follow-ups. I have no visibility on whether my LLC is in Good Standing, whether Form 5472 has been filed, or whether my registered agent is still active. A service handling federal tax obligations with direct IRS penalty exposure cannot afford to go completely silent on its clients. This silence is unacceptable.
