Leadership skills are no longer for just the C-suite, and leadership training can't just be for twice a year off-sites. With Nomadic, you can invest in leadership at scale. We're early pioneers of cohort-based learning, and our social, narrative-driven approach to online education has transformed the careers of over 100,000 managers and leaders at some of the world's largest companies, including IBM, PepsiCo, UNICEF, Adobe, and more. We specialize in the topics that are the hardest to teach, and have moved careers and organizations alike into the future. We also co-created and operate the Josh Bersin Academy, the global home for HR expertise used by nearly 30,000 people worldwide.

Coming from a background of training & development experience from nuclear energy to retail technology, insights from the JBA, powered by Nomadic, has helped me do and always think about the following:

•	Designing learning strategies with a mix of top-down training methods, personalized learning, and collaborative learning
•	Reimagining the way we seek and measure employee engagement, turn engagement data into tangible actions that create meaningful change for the business—communicate it in terms of revenue and growth to the C-Suite.

**What do you like best about Nomadic Learning?**

I have used Nomadic through Josh Bersin Academy. The platform is very smooth for self-paced along with a Blended mode of learning. The featuers are truly impressive wherein every program can have sections, you can go back and read them with more details, engaging with your industry peers, ability to vote an answer / comment etc. It has features that can embed Polls, Videos, Quiz etc, which provides various perspectives as well apart from the learner's own perspective. Community groups, resources that can help people learn and share knowledge is truly amazing.
