NOCgenie is an alerting and on-call management platform built as a drop-in replacement for Atlassian Opsgenie (end-of-life 5 April 2027). It ingests alerts from every monitoring system — Prometheus/Alertmanager, Grafana, Observium, LibreNMS, Zabbix, Uptime Kuma and generic webhooks — deduplicates and correlates them, then routes each to the right responder using timezone-aware on-call schedules and multi-step escalation policies. It keeps paging across SMS, voice call, mobile push, Slack, Microsoft Teams and email — with staggered delays and quiet hours — until someone acknowledges.
