"Flawless Email Verification, Effortlessly User-Friendly"
5/5
What do you like best about no2bounce?

I like how user-friendly no2bounce is. It's easy to understand, requires no setup, just login and use. All the features work as shown and promised. The email verification feature really stands out for me because it helps me verify client emails before sending, ensuring that the data from websites is genuine and that I'm reaching out to the right client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about no2bounce?

I haven't come across any issues that you can count as a problem. However, I would suggest one small feature: it would be great if it could also pull the name of the person using the email. This feature could help verify whether the email belongs to the person we want to reach out to and assist in reverse searching, like finding a person's email using their name and company name. "No2bounce Keeps Our Cold Outreach Lists Clean and Deliverable"
5/5
What do you like best about no2bounce?

What I like best is how effectively no2bounce scrubs our cold outreach lists before we launch campaigns. It accurately filters out invalid addresses, spam traps, and disposable emails that would otherwise spike our bounce rates and harm our domain reputation. The single verification is also fast and trying bulk, and being able to download clean, segmented results gives me confidence that our cold emails actually land in the primary inbox. "90% Verification with Clear, Detailed Results and output breakdown"
5/5
What do you like best about no2bounce?

The results were comparatively better to the other providers that I tested alongside it. In one particular instance, another provider had only successfully verified 40% of the records in the test csv without providing any information on the records that failed the test or were classified as unknown outcomes, while no2bounce provided 90% verification and provided detailed information on the 10% that had failed the test. The value is 100x better than our previous alternatives of trusting our lead generation platforms to just do the verification for us as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about no2bounce?

The information about running the instances locally on docker is unclear or slightly misleading. It requires an SMTP proxy like similar products of its kind to run on a local machine or a dedicated hosting solution like Azure, and I felt that information wasn't clearly advertised. It is understandable that the SMTP configuration is required but I would have preferred it be cleared disclosed ahead of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Accurate, and Easy-to-Use Email Verification for Better Deliverability"
5/5
What do you like best about no2bounce?

The interface is easy to use, the results are clear, and it helps identify invalid or risky emails before outreach. This makes it much easier to keep bounce rates low and maintain a clean email list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about no2bounce?

I haven't had any major issues with no2bounce so far. The main thing I would like to see is more native integrations with CRM and outreach tools, which would make the workflow even smoother and save some extra time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally Validates Catch-All Emails—Clean REST API That Fits Right Into Our Pipeline"
5/5
What do you like best about no2bounce?

I run cold email at volume, and catch-all (accept-all) domains are the single biggest blind spot in list cleaning. Every SMTP-based verifier I've used just stamps those addresses "risky" or "unknown" and hands the decision back to me — which in practice means either burning my sending-domain reputation on bounces, or throwing away perfectly good leads. No2Bounce is the first tool I found that's purpose-built for exactly that last mile: it actually validates catch-all mailboxes (real inbox vs. accept-all facade) instead of bailing out at the SMTP layer. The fact that it exposes this through a clean REST API (submit an email, poll by tracking ID, simple token auth) sealed it for me — it drops straight into an existing verification pipeline sitting between my SMTP verifier and the campaign, no manual exports. Credit-based pricing also means I can scale it to the size of the catch-all segment I'm cleaning instead of committing blind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about no2bounce?

The website could be clearer, before purchase, about which plan tier unlocks API access and where to grab the API token — I had to dig to confirm the API was on my plan. Otherwise no complaints so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful Addition to My Cold Email Workflow"
3.5/5
What do you like best about no2bounce?

I've been using No2Bounce for the past few weeks as part of my cold email workflow before launching outreach campaigns. The feature I use most is the bulk email verification tool. My typical process is exporting a lead list as a CSV file, uploading it to No2Bounce, reviewing the results, and then using the cleaned list for outreach.

What I like most is how quickly the platform processes lists and categorizes email addresses into valid, invalid, disposable, and other risk categories. This helps me avoid sending to obviously bad addresses before starting a campaign. The verification results are presented clearly, so I can make decisions without spending time manually checking data.

The interface is straightforward and doesn't require much onboarding. Even on larger lead lists, the workflow remains simple: upload, verify, review results, and download the cleaned file. Compared to some other tools I've evaluated, I found the platform easier to navigate and reasonably priced for routine email list cleaning.

As someone involved in cold outreach and email marketing, having a dedicated verification step before importing leads into my sending platform gives me more confidence in the quality of my data and helps maintain better list hygiene. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about no2bounce?

One limitation I've noticed is that the verification results are relatively straightforward, which is great for speed but can leave me wanting more detail when reviewing larger lead lists. For example, additional information about why certain addresses are classified as risky or more detailed explanations of verification outcomes would help with decision-making.

Most of my workflow currently involves exporting verified lists and importing them into other tools manually. While this process is simple, direct integrations with more outreach, CRM, and email marketing platforms would reduce the number of steps required and make automation easier.

I also think the onboarding experience could be expanded with more practical examples and best-practice guides for users who are newer to email verification. The platform itself is easy to navigate, but additional educational resources could help users better understand how to interpret verification results and maintain good deliverability practices.

These are relatively minor points, and they haven't prevented me from using the platform effectively, but they are areas where I think the overall experience could be improved further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Accurate Email Verification That Keeps Bounce Rates Low"
5/5
What do you like best about no2bounce?

What stands out most about No2Bounce is its speed and accuracy. The interface is clean and completely hassle-free—you just upload your list, and within minutes you get a detailed breakdown of valid, invalid, and risky addresses. Since integrating it into our campaign prep, our bounce rates dropped significantly, and our domain reputation has stayed rock-solid. It saves us time and protects our email placement every single week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about no2bounce?

Honestly, no major complaints. A few extra native CRM integrations would be a nice touch, but uploading CSV files works so smoothly that it hasn't been an issue for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"No2Bounce Nails Catch-All Verification at a Lower Cost"
4.5/5
What do you like best about no2bounce?

I deal with a ton of catch-all domains in my lists, and most standard SMTP verifiers just shrug and label them “risky” or “unknown”. No2Bounce actually goes further by checking whether there’s a real inbox behind the catch-all instead of stopping short. I tested it side by side with AnyMailFinder and ZeroBounce, and it matched their accuracy while costing a lot less per verification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about no2bounce?

I haven’t run into any real issues yet. If anything, I’d just like more information about Reacher on the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Email Verification That Catches Typos and Confirms Deliverability"
5/5
What do you like best about no2bounce?

What I like most is that it can actually verify whether an email address is working or not, instead of only saying the domain is correct. It also helps me spot exactly where my email addresses have typos, and which ones are truly valid and should be delivered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about no2bounce?

I haven't found anything like this so far. I like the platform a lot, and it really helps in my outbound. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
