Easy to use, easy to upload/download data. If need something urgent, I always use Nitro Translations. **What do you dislike about Nitro by Alconost Inc.?** Nothing, in my case, the service fulfils the function that is needed in its entirety **What problems is Nitro by Alconost Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work in game development. Sometimes we need to get translations of a small text but into a large number of languages. For example, we are making a hotfix of the game and need translation for Changelog. In Nitro I can translate literally a couple of sentences - fixed this, fixed that, and in a couple of hours get a high quality translation into 10-20 languages. It's very convenient! ### 2. I often release in-app events and seasonal content that require quick localization of the new content and marketing materials and I am thoroughly impressed with how fast Nitro can get the work done without sacrificing quality. **What do you dislike about Nitro by Alconost Inc.?** We don't have any complaints about Nitro for our business use case. One possible thing to note is that you can't have too much dialogue/discussion with the localizers if you have a question about the localization or if you need to correct them (you can submit comments and wait for them to get back to you, and they mark your order as completed) and just be aware it's not always the same translator who will do your orders. It's also not very clear to us if the translators are using the Glossaries and Translation Memory if they need to refer to specific vocabulary of the game. Other than that we're still very satisfied with the service! **What problems is Nitro by Alconost Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nitro is solving the need for fast human translations without resorting to machine translation software which often get the translations wrong. Without Nitro, it would take us probably 3 times as long to get in touch with human localizers for all the 11 languages we need to translate our marketing materials into. It would be a huge headache to manage all those localizers, their questions and comments, and keep track of which translations have completed and which haven't. With Nitro we can do this all in ONE place AND you get very fast turnaround times. ### 3. Almost every language we need is available, several document formats are supported. The translations are good in quality, are done very fast and almost always within the 24h deadline. Makes life much easier when it comes to multiple language translation projects. **What do you dislike about Nitro by Alconost Inc.?** Albanian is not available yet. As far as I've noticed, you can't compile multiple translations of the same original text into a single document of any format.
