NINJIO helps our team gain knowledge in cybersecurity awareness by delivering engaging training content that educates users about various threats and best practices. It improves our employee awareness and knowledge of cybersecurity, NINJIO helps reduce the risk of security breaches caused by human error because of it's training and this benefits me by enhancing overall security within our organization and reducing the likelihood of costly data breaches or cyberattacks. What do you like best about NINJIO Security Awareness?

The NINJIO platform is a convenient and cost-effective platform for cybersecurity awareness. The content is both educational and entertaining, which encourages participating and recall. When combined with their phishing simulation platform, it becomes something quite useful for small business who can't afford to create their own content or purchase some of the more advanced cybersecurity awareness platforms. In addition, their customer service and support department is quite responsive and knowledgable. Recently I had a session with one of them to walk us through setting up our phishing simulation, and she was absolutely fantastic (shout out to Nicola Elder from NINJIO) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NINJIO Security Awareness?

The admin user interface is not very well designed. Often I have to perform multiple clicks to accomplish what should take 1 click. Also, while they have made improvements to the dashboard for users that show the training they need to perform, it still does not show all trainings completed, along with completion dates. Even though this information is available in the admin interface, I believe it should be easily available on a per-user basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
