## About Nidham HR
Nidham HR is an Arabic-first HR and payroll platform built specifically for Egyptian small and mid-sized businesses (5-500 employees), especially factories, contractors, logistics, restaurants, and retail. It runs full Egyptian payroll out of the box: social insurance (11% employee / 18.75% employer), 2026 salary tax brackets, overtime at 35/50/100%, the daily-wage /26 rule, payslips, and bank transfer files for CIB, NBE, Banque Misr, and AlexBank. Official government forms (insurance forms 1, 2, 6, contracts, certificates) print in one click. Attendance syncs in real time from ZKTeco/Hikvision devices (ADMS cloud push) or via GPS + selfie check-in with geofencing. Employees get a mobile app and an Arabic WhatsApp bot for payslips, leave, and advances. A Saudi and UAE edition covers WPS SIF files and local rules.
