Different file formats supported -CSV, XLSX,TXT, XLS, ODS from which recipient database can be loaded. **What do you dislike about Nicesender?** In the Footer area of the website, only the Resources--> Blog has the associated link. Other options are just static text. Additionally, there are not enough blogs available on how to use the resources. **What problems is Nicesender solving and how is that benefiting you?** The automation of the marketing of the email associated to an event. I used this tool for sending emails using website API. The main part is the template of the email it provides. **What do you dislike about Nicesender?** When sending bulk amounts of mails the pictures which are associated with the mail te plate are taking time to render when we open the mail from the receiver POV **What problems is Nicesender solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped us to send mails from the website to the users about the login info and any activity that has been performed on that account.
