"From Frustration to Resolution – Thank You for Listening"
What do you like best about Nicepage?

The visual editor was intuitive and flexible, especially for quickly creating custom layouts without coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nicepage?

I initially left a negative review after experiencing serious issues with my lifetime license. Despite having paid for full access years ago, I found that key features like reCAPTCHA were no longer usable unless I purchased a new license — which felt unfair and misleading.

After several email exchanges and public feedback, I was contacted directly by a member of the Nicepage team, who not only apologized over the phone but also extended my Business License for free until July 2025, giving me access to all premium features released in the past four years.

That gesture made a difference.

I’m grateful that my concerns were eventually heard and taken seriously. I hope Nicepage continues to evolve with more transparency and clearer communication, especially toward loyal users who supported the platform from the beginning.

Thank you again for resolving the situation — and for showing that real customer care is still possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It's a Breeze to Build a Website using NicePage"
What do you like best about Nicepage?

Their software and online builder are very user-friendly. Unlike other online website builders, NicePage is thoughtfully designed and offers a wide range of options. You don’t need any coding knowledge to use it. Additionally, managing SEO with their software and online builder is very straightforward. Friendly and knowledgeable customer support is a plus. I use NicePage every day. NicePage works nicely with my hosting company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nicepage?

I'm not sure if NicePage supports PHP, Python, java, etc. Maybe just HTML, and javascript. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nicepage vs Webflow review"
What do you like best about Nicepage?

I've been using webflow about since it began. I've built about 50 client websites with it and still don't know everything about how to use it. I'm fairly technically proficient but there have been many times I've struggled with Webflow. I know that you can do some awesome things with Webflow but over they years I think that the tradeoff for being able to do awesome things has meant that webflow has become more difficult to learn how to do those awesome things. For example, you used to be able to easily do animations now it's much more difficult. Granted, if you know what you're doing it is perhaps more comprehensive in that regard but it's a huge learning curve. I just started using Nicepage and in fact, am still under the trial. But I am already very strongly conisdering switching to using it exclusively and for the life of me do not understand why they get such bad reviews. I have found it much quicker and easier to learn, It offers a ton of features that are similar to webflow but seem to be much more improved such as being able to move elements anywhere on the page quickly and easily. And it is super easy to do animations and there are a ton of them you can do. Personally, it appears to me that Nicepage will do everything Webflow does and much more. I still have days left on my trial and have built the first page of a clients website in it with thehelp of a really well done AI building my initial template, and me adding in some awesome animations and parallax features and the page is way better than anything I could have done in Webflow in that amount of time and with much less frustration. What do you dislike about Nicepage?

Maybe it is too early but I have not yet found anything I do not like about Nicepage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"OMG what a great solution!"
What do you like best about Nicepage?

But what I like best about nice pages is I don't have to be a freaking programmer to use it. I've spent 30+ years as a graphic designer and don't want to become a programmer. This application allows me to be creative and create solutions without becoming someone sitting in a closet and writing code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nicepage?

Honestly, there's very little that I don't like; I guess the interface between the application and some of the browsers isn't as clean as it could be, which would probably be the only issue I've encountered with this application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nicepage is nice to use"
What do you like best about Nicepage?

I found Nicepage very easy to use and understand. With other similar services there always seems to be a learning curve, but with Nicepage I was building, updating and editing webpages in no time at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nicepage?

The only challenge I initially had with Nicepage was intergrating what I had created to my server. With some help from customer support I soon learnt about the various options and features available for uploading to my server and ever since it has been done with ease. "Great Design For Those Who Aren't Designers"
What do you like best about Nicepage?

It doesn't require a PhD to use, but it gives you power like you have one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nicepage?

So far, I've not found anything that was troublesome. The only noticeable condition is that sometimes I don't understand a particular function, but within a short time I'm able to discern what steps are required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good potential, but needs work and customer service could be better"
What do you like best about Nicepage?

The desktop software is good, once I upgraded to premium I was able to get the design I wanted. I like that the drag and drop function made it easy to use, I can easily create a header and footer that repeats over all the pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nicepage?

Changing the layout on mobile view changes the layout on the other views of the website - this caused lots of headaches and wasted time trying to create a layout that worked across all the views - in the end I gave up as I couldn't achieve this. I didn't want to have wasted all my time creating the right design only to lose it because of the responsiveness issues, so I decided to upload it to WordPress thinking that at least I would have what I had designed and I could then use WordPress to adjust the mobile view. Unfortunately, it didn't update the theme customisations I made on the desktop app and so the colours were all wrong, the text wasn't right and it also messed up my layout again!

At this point I was fed up and having exhausted help / support, I asked for a refund. You have to contact them on Skype, simply requesting a refund in writing is not enough. They then proceed to ask you many questions - some were meant to actually troubleshoot, so I did engage with the process, however, their response time was too great and I did not have enough time to wait for their support to help me upload my design to Wordpress by giving them access to my account, so ultimately decided to move to a different website builder.

After several interactions with them they did agree to refund, so have upgraded my review from 1 star to 3. There is potential, but at the moment, it unfortunately does not meet my needs and so unlikely to recommend to others in its current form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nicepage Review"
What do you like best about Nicepage?

Nicepage's design makes it easy to create and edit web pages. It is quite simple and straightforward so even beginners can start using it easily. Their customer support team is quite responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nicepage?

Nicepage is quite feature rich but addition of more advanced features would be good to meet all types of web page designing needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Easy To Use HTML Builder"
What do you like best about Nicepage?

- Saves me a TON of time from not having to build sites from scratch

- Massive selection of templates

- The generated coding is excellent, properly formatted, and not a bunch of junk like similar apps

- Price is pretty fair and not insane

- Minimal HTML knowledge required

- Allows extremely intricate controls over HTML and CSS options and features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nicepage?

- Wish there was a "forever free" version

- Because the program allows such detailed access to language controls it can be difficult at times to find the right way to make certain adjustments to the code, making it easier to code some things by hand rather than wade through menus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
