I disliked that I didn't know when an issue arose, and that is not really a bad thing. But it was the only thing semi-not good that I can even mention with this firm. If they just would have told us when a problem arose then everything would have been perfect. But to be fair there wasn't much need to tell me about problems because everything was fixed so quickly.
