It is the original registrar I knew when started back in 1996 in the internet business, since then, it kept my domain name secure and the front end has always managed all necesary functions. It kept prices to high compared to newer registrars and made irracional locks every time a change was made to the domain name by the registrant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Network Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you? They managed to update my registrant details, since when the domain name was first registered, it was through a person of a webhosting company that no longer exist, there was no way to receive emails of verification. The worst part I found is that you cannot reach a person in their "specialized team" department. They just claim they only receive email, and they are horrible about responding!! We transferred our customer's business domain and email on a Thursday, but it wouldn't allow us to create an email account in the Professional email account we purchased. We were told the problem was "escalated" to a "specialized team" that would fix the problem within 24-48 hours. We received no updates all weekend, and multiple support chats and calls only told us it was "being worked on." After 67 hours on Monday, we received an email from support claiming we had an email set up in the wrong place, which was not true. 72 hours later, the email still doesn't work, and no one will do anything about it. $700 for hosting support and 2 email boxes with 25 GB storage that cannot be used is unacceptable!
