NetBrain is a Diagnostic & Troubleshooting Tool used in multivendor Networks & Security Devices. It provides Dynamic Mapping, real-time Path Analysis & Protocol level troubleshooting. Maps / Paths can be downloaded in Vision for further documentation & Audit purpose. All the Network changes can be validated thru NetBrain before actual implementations. What do you dislike about NetBrain Next-Gen?

What do you like best about NetBrain Next-Gen?

Collects good data as the event is happening. Best ever for the server and switch it connects; we can know the entire infrastructure easily from this tool. It helps in making changes to the network easily. It is a good product for monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation. It is very user-friendly with the provided options. More concentrated on Cisco products, but they need to improve on other products too. Network Insights for deeper visibility, Intelligent maps, NetPath, and PerfStack for easy troubleshooting. What do you dislike about NetBrain Next-Gen?

Cost is very, very high and they need to give more free users and trials so that all can implement the same. Cost they need to really work on and they need to reduce it frequently. Implementation was difficult & product got harder to use after updates or stopped working. To make it user-friendly. Support was so bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I will recommend to everyone to use the tool and gain knowledge from it. It helps in making faster decisions and will troubleshoot easily and find the way easily. Product functionality and performance, strong customer focus, overall cost are some of the key factors I will recommend to all.
