The network agents themselves need rebooting from time to time to continue to provide accurate test results. The first diagnostic step when investigating an issue that NetBeez reports is to reboot the agent in question, just to be sure the issue is accurately reported. we are no able to add easly a SSL certificate directly from the dashboard. it's can be difficult to get a direct SSH access to an agent.( certificate and passphrase are unknown) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NetBeez allows me to be proactive to user problems and address them as soon as they show up. Additionally, I no longer have to walk users through basic troubleshooting to gather information as I can use a remote Bee to run ping, traceroute, speedtest, etc. NetBeez has become a required tool for me to be able to support multiple remote offices. The UI has improved greatly over the years as the company makes great efforts to listen to customer feedback and make the appropriate changes.
