What do you like best about needls.?

It takes very little input from me to generate a large selection of ads. So copy and images are presented uniformly and matching the copy and branding on my website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about needls.?

Dislike? I would say the only thing I disliked was not having control of the AD account, but I don't mind in this case, because Needls has stood by their reputation of spectacular customer service and this process was crazy easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering needls.:

Get your images ready in the correct dimensions (they make it easy to know what those are).

Get good ad copy, don't just make it up on the fly.

What problems is needls. solving and how is that benefiting you?

I do less work, but more meaningful outreach to people who don't know they want something from DaveWears yet. So I take all my images, copy, and the link to my site, and I get 30+ ads, all providing a better image of my business to the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Buyer beware"

What do you like best about needls.?

Not a lot to list here. Email response time is very slow. The only way to actually talk to anyone on the phone is by scheduling a call through their website and the next available time is always a few days away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about needls.?

I enrolled in Needls program and paid the $420. After payment I was informed that per Facebook's policy they could not take me on as a client as they had already reached the maximum number of clients they could have at one time according to Facebooks policies. It has now been a week and I still haven't received my refund even though they say they processed it a week ago. I kept getting the run around that most banks take a few days to process the refund.

To actually talk to someone on the phone I have to schedule a call through the website and the next available appointment is next week.

I have spoken with my bank and they do not see the refund in any incoming transactions.

The part that really makes me upset with this whole ordeal is they knew that I was in network marketing the entire time we talked before I signed up. So now I'm out $420, no advertisements being ran, no refund in sight, all because they over promise in the beginning and don't have a handle on the logistics of their company.

Furthermore after multiple attempts to get an answer about my refund I ended up having to just dispute the original transaction with my bank. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about needls.?

What do you dislike about needls.?

Billing Canadian customers in USD sucks! Even though options are available, I wasn't too happy to see that Headers and descriptions were not being used on all ads. I also wasn't happy with having my credit card billed for a new ad when there was already sufficient credit from the previous ad already sitting as a credit. Still waiting to see if that will be utilized before I get billed again. I was led to understand that the credit would be utilized on this ad, so the additional billing was a bit of a surprise. What problems is needls. solving and how is that benefiting you?

While this is simple an alternative to going directly through the Facebook platform, I have yet to see any real results. Trying to gain information was difficult when I started, because I apparently didn't word my questions correctly. I had a great algorithm going and was advised to switch the type of ad I was running. That was a disaster! Great for them, lousy for me. Very expensive with everything is in USD, when exchange rate is considered. Now that the base rate for ads has increased, I am hesitant to go forward, but they already have my money so I guess time will tell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Apologies about getting billed in USD being a Canadian customer. We are based in Canada but our software currently only supports USD. We hope to change this soon.

What do you like best about needls.?

I like that there is a chat you can go to with any concerns, and they were right wait the 6 weeks, I like the hands on ease of making the ads here as I am a very busy lady and do not have the time to put together my own ads. What do you like best about needls.?

The Needls team was helpful in getting us set up and within a week we had seen immediate results:

- Increased traffic

- Increased sales

- Low bounce rate

With respect to your ads taking a month to be approved that was certainly an exception. My hunch is you were trying to promote a service that is pretty grey in the eyes of Facebook which resulted in having your campaign go through an appeal process. Sometimes it takes longer that people hope to get approved, but what I can say is that you stand the best chance of getting approved through us as we have a direct relationship with Facebook that increases the likelihood of the "grey" campaigns getting accepted.

What do you like best about needls.?

Needles engage gives you the selection of keywords you can choose on your own and searches for engaging articles.

So far we have 3 within 5 days. and they are all extremely engaging!

Id recommend this to everyone

i lvoe the support. the fast replies on facebook and the dashboard is extremely easy to use and professional.

Lead Generation and Facebook page integration. This service made running lead generation ads super easy and no touch! Also with the abilities of Needls engage being able to add industry specific content onto my FB page is spectacular this is a time saver for sure and in any business Time is Money. Customers are Driven to my page, I can interact with them via messenger and i have gotten more likes and add posts because of this service. If you have used the FB business editor its extremely difficult to use and very time consuming as well. I spent money using FB editor to run leads and i spent countless hours testing and running ads and in one month i ended up with like 15 leads. I used the Needls service with the same budget i had spent prior with FB business editor and it took me less than 1 hr to set everything up and and the end of the month I came back with 91 leads generated, not to mention the post comment page likes and visitors to my page. THIS STUFF WORKS! Any time i had a question or needed help there was someone available to help that was KIND, COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL of my time. Again I am very very Impressed! Simply put, the platform did not work for us. Several thousand in ad spend and 0 conversions. We spent a significant amount of time with customer support attempting to optimize, but the results never improved. When we posted a question to Reddit asking if anyone else had issues with Needls, a Needls representative responded by posting our confidential information to Reddit. "Surpassed my expectations"

What do you like best about needls.?

I own an agency that has worked with large corporations and run ads with huge budgets, reaching millions of people. We have gotten great results working with Facebook Power Editor directly, but it is tedious to work with. Working with Needls has been so simple to create the campaigns and honestly, the ability to reach someone on chat right away to help you with the campaign has been critical to getting the campaigns launched. Access to this help has been invaluable to me. The team has even helped me with ideas on targeting, sent me related articles, and helped with headlines and messaging. What do you dislike about needls.?

Initially, I disliked that the campaigns don't run on your own Facebook ads account, but after speaking with James, he explained how it all works, and I'm ok with it.
