Need Navigator Reviews & Product Details

Need Navigator is case management software for human services organizations: community action agencies, shelters, food banks and parent education providers. Every agency runs on its own copy of the application with its own private database, configured to your programs, forms, roles and vocabulary. Nothing is pooled with other agencies. Staff manage client records, households, care teams, income eligibility, assistance requests, referrals, visits, goals, documents, shelter beds and classes in one place. The people you serve never need an account: they apply online in English or Spanish, register for classes, and check in by QR code. Assistance requests tie every dollar to a funding pool with a real balance, and print the eligibility math on the voucher. Income is screened against poverty and area median income thresholds, with staff-verified income kept apart from self-reported. Published pricing: $25 per user per month, five-user minimum, plus setup from $2,000.
