# NEDIO Reviews & Product Details

NEDIO is a browser-based productivity tool combining a sprint timer, focus audio, and session tracking in one interface. It runs entirely in a web browser, requiring no installation and accessible on any device or operating system. The sprint timer offers customizable intervals from fifteen to ninety minutes for tasks like coding, debugging, and planning. Sessions start by naming the task, selecting a work mode, and setting a duration, launching the timer and audio simultaneously. The audio library features instrumental tracks tailored for coding, including ambient, electronic, and lo-fi music without lyrics or ads. Session tracking records accomplishments, session feelings, and next steps while excluding pauses for accurate focus metrics. Weekly analytics reveal focus quality, goal completion rates, and work habit patterns. The interface shows the current task and countdown timer, with keyboard navigation for streamlined use.
