Nedap Pace Reviews & Product Details

Pace by Nedap is a Physical Identity and Access Governance solution and a powerful extension of IAM into the physical security domain. It helps large organisations manage physical identities, cards, access rights and approvals with more speed, clarity and control. Built for complex enterprise environments, Pace connects digital identity governance with physical access management. It extends IAM principles into buildings, sites and secured areas, helping organisations govern who has physical access, why they have it, who approved it and whether that access still fits their role or business need. Instead of relying on manual requests, spreadsheets and disconnected processes, Pace enables self-service workflows, delegated approvals and a digital twin of the physical environment. This gives business owners, space owners and security teams a shared view of access responsibilities and decisions. Pace helps reduce administrative workload, improve auditability and respond faster to organisational changes such as onboarding, role changes, contractor access and offboarding. By aligning physical access rights, cards and identities with company policy, Pace supports stronger governance and compliance with regulations such as GDPR, NIS2 and DORA. With Pace, access management becomes easier for employees, managers and security teams alike: faster to request, clearer to approve, simpler to maintain and safer to govern.
