For me the biggest thing is referrals. Before trying Nectain a patient could walk in with paper referral or we would get one by fax and someone still had to sit there and type all that information into our medical system manually. Now nectain reads the referral, pulls out the patient (referral) data and creates HL7 file and sends to our medical system. Probably Nectain's mobile App. Or actually, the mobile App + DocuSign together. I am almost never sitting at my desk, so if a client gives me a document at a viewing, I can just scan it there, and Nectain reads the info. No more "I will deal with this later" pile on my phone.

The AI summary is super helpful with long contracts. I do not always need to read 20 pages again just to remember what was agreed. It also gives suggestions on things to check, which has saved me a few times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Right now, not everything from the web version is available in the mobile App. That is probably my main dislike because I use mobile a lot. But they release updates pretty often, so hopefully web and mobile will be more in sync soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Connecting it to our other systems was easier than expected. The API designer really useful because we didn't have to write everything from scratch just to move document data between systems. So, invoice comes in, Nectain reads it, workflow does its part, and the data can go wherever we actually need it. For us the value is good, especially because we don't need to pay separately for OCR, workflows, integrations or AI features. It's all in one plan. we use Nectain for several real day-to-day cases, not just document storage/ For example, we generate SOWs from project info, then create and send invoices and track what's been paid or is still pending. We also use 2 and 3-way matching, so the team doesn't have to manually compare invoices? POs and other documents every time. For me, the biggest benefit is the auto-creation of commercial documents. I’m on the go most of the time, so being able to generate invoices, offers, and other docs from the data we already have is super helpful. It means less copy-paste, fewer mistakes, and fewer typos. The product is good, but support also deserves a mention. With document processing, timing is the key, so I really value when my ticket is processed quickly. Daniil has helped us a few times. For KS Logistics, access control and auditing are the most helpful features when we’re handling transport and compliance documents, such as inspection certificates. Being able to quickly find, organize, and share all the required documents is crucial sometimes, especially when we need to pull everything together at short notice. For us the biggest advantage is the phone app. A supervisor can scan an inspection report, delivery note or even a handwritten document while he is in site, and it is already in the system before he gets back to the office. Nectain recognizes the document and can start the workflow straight away. It is much easier than sending photos to WhatsApp groups and then trying to sort everything out Friday afternoon.
