NazmIQ Reviews & Product Details

NazmIQ is a cloud-based platform designed to streamline the process of comparing supplier quotations, particularly for procurement teams in construction, manufacturing, and trade sectors. By leveraging artificial intelligence, NazmIQ automates the traditionally manual and time-consuming task of bid leveling, enabling users to make informed purchasing decisions efficiently. The platform operates through a straightforward four-step process: 1. **Upload Supplier Quotations**: Users can upload various formats of supplier quotations, including PDFs, scanned documents, or even photographs taken with a mobile device. Additionally, NazmIQ supports integration with its Telegram bot, allowing users to forward quotations directly from their phones. 2. **AI-Powered Extraction and Leveling**: Once uploaded, NazmIQ employs AI to extract line items from each quotation, regardless of differing formats, descriptions, units, or currencies. The system then aligns these items onto a unified scope, identifying and marking any exclusions or discrepancies among the bidders. 3. **Scoring and Ranking**: The platform calculates totals, taxes, and potential savings using deterministic code rather than relying solely on AI estimations. It applies weighted scoring based on user-defined criteria such as price, delivery time, payment terms, scope completeness, and brand reputation. This comprehensive evaluation results in a ranked list of suppliers, highlighting the most suitable option based on the specified weights. 4. **Export and Decision-Making**: Users can download a detailed Excel report comprising a summary sheet for quick decision-making and a comprehensive breakdown with live formulas. This format allows for easy adjustments and recalculations, facilitating seamless integration into existing workflows. Key features of NazmIQ include: - **Multi-Format Support**: The ability to process multi-page PDFs, scanned documents, and images ensures flexibility in handling various supplier quotation formats. - **Currency and Tax Normalization**: NazmIQ converts all quotations to a single reporting currency at a fixed exchange rate and applies consistent tax treatments, ensuring accurate and fair comparisons. - **Identification of Scope Gaps**: The platform highlights unpriced items by filling them with rates from the most complete quotation, shading these cells to indicate imputed figures. This approach prevents suppliers from appearing more competitive due to incomplete pricing. - **Weighted Scoring Mechanism**: Users can assign weights to different evaluation criteria, allowing for a customized ranking that aligns with specific project priorities. - **Audit Trail and Transparency**: Each comparison report includes detailed traceability, recording the origins of every figure and the criteria used for scoring. This transparency facilitates easy justification of procurement decisions and simplifies audits. - **Integration with Telegram**: The Telegram bot feature enables users to send quotations directly from their mobile devices, organize them into projects, and receive comparison reports without leaving the Telegram app. By automating the bid leveling process, NazmIQ significantly reduces the time and effort required for procurement teams to evaluate supplier quotations. This efficiency not only accelerates decision-making but also enhances the accuracy and defensibility of procurement choices, ultimately contributing to better project outcomes and cost management.
