Comparing supplier quotations by hand takes hours: retyping lines, matching descriptions that never quite agree, converting currencies, applying tax the same way, and chasing the items one bidder quietly left out — before you even know who is cheapest. NazmIQ does that work in minutes. Upload the quotations as they arrived — PDF, scan or phone photo — and it reads every line, aligns the bidders onto one scope, and levels each gap at another bidder's rate so every total covers the same work. Totals, tax and currency conversion are computed in code, not guessed, and every figure links back to the supplier line it came from. Each comparison ranks the bidders with weighted scoring you control, tests whether the ranking survives the weights being moved, and ends with a "Check before award" list of what a careful buyer should verify. The result is an interactive report and an Excel workbook with live formulas. Built by a procurement professional with 30 years on large construction projects in Egypt, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, NazmIQ is for estimators, quantity surveyors, procurement teams and contractors who compare quotations every week.
