NIX Reviews & Product Details

Before your estimator touches a takeoff tool, they spend two days reading the package. NIX does that part. Upload your complete bid package — plans, specs, addenda, any size — and NIX reads every page and returns twelve cited outputs in about an hour: scope summary, go/no-go scorecard, risk register, bid calendar, addenda delta, exclusions, RFI list, proposal draft, alternates analysis, contract requirements, substitution register, and allowances. Every finding is cited to the exact page and verbatim quote it came from. Ten supported trades. Self-serve. No annual contract. 60-day money-back guarantee. The demo at nix.natex.ai runs a real analysis of a real commercial construction package — 660 citations, all 12 outputs. That is exactly what you get.
