**What do you like best about Naoma.ai?**

I love Naoma.ai because it gives prospects a way to learn about our platform whenever it's convenient for them, without having to wait for a sales team to reply or book a call. Visitors can get answers to their questions and explore the platform through an interactive demo. From a sales and marketing perspective, it serves as an additional source of leads and provides us with some qualification information, effectively doing discovery for us. It allows our sales team to focus on higher-value conversations. The Naoma team was very responsive and helped significantly with the setup.

We do a lot of demos, but before Naoma, it wasn’t clear what was really happening on those calls. Everyone said things were “going well” until they weren’t. With Naoma, we get a breakdown of each conversation without needing to listen to every recording. It’s easier to spot weak spots in the flow, mismatches between prospect needs and our messaging, or places where reps skip key steps. We’ve used that to clean up our pitch and tighten the sales process.

At Justee.ai, we’re always refining our outbound process and product demos. Before Naoma, it was difficult to get consistent insight into what actually happened on calls. It allows you to set up your sales call script and get scores for every step of the conversation. Based on the reporting, you can optimize the script and find which steps are crucial for a successful sale.
The option to get some aggregated isights from every call (like "customer objections") is very useful for getting insights.
Integration went relatively quickly, the customer support was there to help. You can score 100 calls for free to get the taste of the tooo.

You have to go to a separate tool to get full reporting, but the insights are worth the effort.

Everything in 1 page, all important sales stat. Easy to analyze things, control the team. Naoma team is very flexible and client oriented, great support, they try to hear needs from the company and offers their own solutions too. 
And the main thing - great results from the very beginning with a specific check-list. Best results during calibration  (I tested 4 different tools)

Nothing to say here in reality. I was completely satisfied

It gives understanding of the level of service we provide to the customers, highlights pouts that should be fixed in communication.
