"A great way to keep enterprise buyers engaged throughout a long B2B sales cycle"
5/5
What do you like best about Naoma.ai?

One of the biggest challenges in enterprise hospitality software is how long and complex the buying process can be. A single opportunity often includes multiple decision-makers across marketing, operations, IT, procurement, and management, and each stakeholder comes with different priorities, KPIs, and questions.

Naoma helps us tackle this by giving every stakeholder a way to explore the product independently. The AI agent can run interactive demos, answer questions in context, and adjust the conversation based on what each person is trying to understand.

That reduces the workload on our sales team while keeping prospects engaged between meetings. Rather than waiting for the next demo or follow-up call, buyers can keep learning about the platform at their own pace, revisit specific features, and ask additional questions whenever they need.

For us, it’s become a useful way to maintain momentum during long enterprise sales cycles and to make sure prospects stay informed throughout the decision-making process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
