"The foundation of our ABM motion"
5/5
What do you like best about N.Rich?

What I like best is that N.Rich gives us account-level intent signal we can actually act on, not just a dashboard to admire. The intent data has become the backbone of our entire ABM motion, it's how we identify which target accounts are in-market, and it directly feeds our SDR outbound prioritization so the team is spending time on accounts that are actually showing buying behavior rather than working a static list. That focus has made our outbound far more efficient.

Beyond core ABM, the intent data has been flexible enough to power use cases I didn't expect when we started. We've layered N.Rich signals with other data in our stack to build things like competitor renewal-window monitoring, which lets us time outreach around when prospects are most likely to be evaluating alternatives. That kind of composability is rare in intent platforms.

The platform also slots cleanly into our existing tech stack and ABM workflows, so the data drives real downstream action, content sequencing, channel orchestration, and SDR routing, instead of sitting in a silo. For a B2B marketing team trying to connect intent to revenue, that end-to-end usefulness is the biggest differentiator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N.Rich?

The intent data is powerful, but turning it into action takes more manual orchestration than I'd like. The signals tell us an account is in-market, but stitching that together with the rest of our stack to drive sequencing and routing has been something my team has had to build and maintain ourselves rather than something the platform does out of the box. More native, opinionated workflows for "here's the signal, here's the recommended next step" would shorten the distance between data and action.

I'd also like sharper visibility into the why behind a spike, more granular topic and content-level detail so we can tailor outreach to what an account is actually researching, not just that intent is elevated. And as with most intent platforms, there's a ramp: getting the team fluent in reading and trusting the signals took longer than the onboarding suggested, so more guidance on operationalizing the data early would help newer users get to value faster. "N.Rich Supercharged Our ABM: Higher Pipeline, Smarter Spend, Clear Account Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about N.Rich?

As a Demand Gen Manager, we struggled to run targeted account-based advertising without wasting budget on accounts outside our ICP. Our sales team had a target account list, but we had no practical way to reach those companies with display ads at scale.

N.Rich’s account-based advertising platform let us upload our target account lists and run ABM campaigns focused specifically on those companies. The intent data showed us which accounts were actively researching topics related to our solution, so we could prioritise spend toward high-intent accounts instead of spreading budget too broadly. The account analytics dashboard also gives us clear visibility into which accounts are engaging and what stage they’re in.

Within the first quarter, we saw a 35% increase in pipeline from target accounts. Our cost per engaged account dropped significantly compared to LinkedIn Ads, and sales now uses the intent signals from N.Rich to prioritise outreach. The integration with HubSpot also means everything fits into our existing workflows and supports the handoff to sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N.Rich?

I'm looking forward to the MCP becoming available soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Promising Platform for ABM"
4.5/5
What do you like best about N.Rich?

I appreciate how N.Rich gives us actionable data s and helps break down account engagement so we can see which prospects are worth prioritizing. The upcoming dashboards and intent reporting features sound promising for aligning sales and marketing, and the support for onboarding and process templates is a big help in reducing manual effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N.Rich?

Currently, data and account information can sit in silos, and we still need to manually move and match accounts between N.Rich and Salesforce, which adds complexity. The lack of automation for account creation and some reporting features not being live yet means we have to wait for the full benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comparable ABM Power at a Startup-Friendly Price, Backed by an Outstanding Team"
5/5
What do you like best about N.Rich?

Established ABM and intent platforms in the market can be prohibitively expensive for startups and scale-ups, particularly when those capabilities are critical but budgets are constrained. Having used most of the leading ABM and intent tools, I’ve found N.Rich to be comparable in capability, intuitive to use, and offered at a highly competitive price point.

A real differentiator, however, is the quality of the team. From the Account Manager who supported me during the validation stage of the buying process to the Customer Success Manager focused on accelerating time to value, the experience has been consistently strong and commercially aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N.Rich?

It’s not a dislike, as the platform is very much fit for purpose, but one area I’d like to see improved is the frequency of data updates. Specifically, reducing the lag between what’s visible in the platform and what syncs through to our CRM would make reporting and activation even more seamless. "Strong Targeting and UX, but Cross-Channel Performance Falls Short"
3.5/5
What do you like best about N.Rich?

The company targeting stands you out from the competitive field. User experience is also good in some cases Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N.Rich?

Platform offers good quality data but lacks the media or placement performance, which could be very useful insight to deliver to clients. Also having some experience with campaigning there, the landing page traffic is non-existent, even if the ad-level performance would be good. The cross-channel has been huge disappointment for me personnally and the results don’t come even near with Google, even if they are using similar DSPs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Grasp UI for Smooth Campaign and Segment Navigation"
5/5
What do you like best about N.Rich?

The UI is very easy to grasp, making it super smooth to navigate different campaigns and segments - as well as leveraging my N.rich expertise to my peers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N.Rich?

There are a few technical areas that could be improved, especially the campaign report/stats dashboard when exporting results. I’ve noticed what the dashboard shows doesn’t always match exactly what appears in the Excel report, and it can be confusing. Perhaps this is on my end probably a minor setting. "Outstanding Support, But Integration Guidance Needs Improvement"
3/5
What do you like best about N.Rich?

The support is unmatched. Lots of platforms care when you first launch, then only check back in when they want to sell you something. The support I've received at N.Rich isn't like that. There are constant check ins, proactive communication, and no upsells. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N.Rich?

I don't feel like the full picture of how to integrate this system was exposed to us before we signed on. I wish there was more guidance on how to integrate into our systems and how to get sales buy in, and what the process between marketing and sales should look like. Plus, a lot of the links in the help center say there is more content to come, but I don't see new content coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
