The tool is robust in scanning systems and discovering problems that might affect performance and this happens without any technical help. The program shows us unnecessary files that may lead to slow performance. **What do you dislike about MyCleanPC?** The scanning process may take a longer period, more so when dealing with large numbers of files or items. The findings or the reports may be technical and this may overwhelm non technical users **What problems is MyCleanPC solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform helps users to improve the performance of the PC which is more efficient than the older one. The software is used to search and erase all older files which stay longer in the system. I don't have to wonder what is wrong with my computer. I just know that when I make a call to the tech support people that I am confident that any problem presented will be resolved. easy to use and user friendly and removes junk temp files that slow up the computer. very handy tool **What do you dislike about MyCleanPC?** sometimes it gets stuck and we need to close and open the app **What problems is MyCleanPC solving and how is that benefiting you?** this tool is customized deployed in every user computer whenever pc slows down user themselves are trained to use them and we are happy and we in IT do not get any more calls in pc slowness complaints etc ### 3. The software helps me erase all the files that may slow down or cause the crashing of the computer just need to follow a few steps and the computer will be clean. Mycleanpc is an incredible platform as it has a powerful scanning engine that searches the files that lead to delays in the computer and also helps to repair the files. **What do you dislike about MyCleanPC?** For the times I have used the platform I can say that it is remarkable hence it set a sensational standard in its field especially the way it has very splendid tech support that is very responsive when I contact them to ask for any help and this is a plus one for me. **What problems is MyCleanPC solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform helps the users delete all the old files that may have stayed longer on the computer and also duplicate them. It’s very to use since after activation it scans any folder per user’s specification. MyCleanPC has added features such as scanning attached devices, notification of issues and **What do you dislike about MyCleanPC?** Though it’s very easy to scan a PC with this software, it’s not an antivirus and hence leaves real threats unattended. MyCleanPC has very poor customer service and response. **What problems is MyCleanPC solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software after authorization it deep cleans a computer automatically and faster than an employee would do manually. This allows systems to run and execute commands faster saving company time increasing profits. After installation, the software removes files and folders that aren’t used and slow down a computer.
