MyClassStudio Reviews & Product Details

MyClassStudio is class management software for after-school studios: martial arts schools, dance studios, music schools, and any program that runs recurring classes. Owners schedule classes with conflict detection, manage rosters and waitlists, and collect tuition through Stripe, monthly or one-time, with free trials, sibling discounts, and memberships. Cash and check payments are recorded beside card payments, and failed or disputed charges are surfaced instead of buried. Forms and waivers with signatures, events with RSVPs and volunteer slots, targeted announcements with read receipts, belt and level tracking, and a merch store are all included. Teachers take attendance in seconds, and parents manage every child from one account. Schools pay one flat monthly price with unlimited students after a 3-month free trial. Students, guardians, and teachers never pay.
