MyCIA Booking Reviews & Product Details

MyCIA Booking is the most affordable restaurant reservation system in Italy, designed by Healthyfood S.r.l. (parent company of MyCIA and Dishcovery) to help restaurants take control of their bookings without expensive monthly subscriptions or long-term contracts. Unlike legacy players like Quandoo and TheFork, MyCIA Booking operates on a pay-per-cover model: restaurants pay only a small commission on guests who actually show up. Zero setup fees, zero monthly fees, zero cancellation penalties. KEY FEATURES - Google reservations: direct integration with Google Business Profile, so guests searching your restaurant on Google can book in seconds with the "Reserve" button. - Website widget: embed a fully branded booking widget on your restaurant's website in minutes. - MyCIA network: receive bookings from the MyCIA app, used by 1+ million Italian diners with personalized dietary profiles (CIA — Carta d'Identità Alimentare). - Real-time table management: dashboard for accepting, modifying, and assigning tables, with WhatsApp and email notifications. - No-show protection: configurable credit card guarantee at booking with customizable penalty rules. - Digital menu: QR-code based menu with patented 14-allergen EU classification, multilingual support, and integration with the largest Italian dietary database (8,300+ ingredients reviewed by certified dietitians). - Order & Pay: optional table-side ordering and payment. - POS integration: works with major Italian POS systems (or independently if you don't have one). - 7-day support: dedicated Italian-speaking team. WHO IS IT FOR MyCIA Booking serves 3,000+ Italian restaurants ranging from family trattorias to Michelin-starred fine dining. Active enterprise partnerships include Coca-Cola, Lavazza, Barilla, illycaffè, and Lagardère. Selected as official F&B platform for Milano-Cortina 2026 Olympics venues. International expansion underway with Tabelog (Japan). WHY CHOOSE MYCIA OVER QUANDOO OR THEFORK Quandoo announced its Italian market shutdown on October 1, 2026, leaving thousands of restaurants without a booking system. MyCIA Booking is the Italian-native alternative: same features (often better), no monthly fees, fully transparent pricing, free migration support, and 24/7 service continuity guarantee. Restaurants activating before June 30, 2026 get the service free until December 31, 2026. ABOUT THE COMPANY Healthyfood S.r.l. is an Italian foodtech company founded in 2014, headquartered in Italy.
