Musilock Reviews & Product Details

Musilock is contract management software for creating and executing music industry agreements. It offers 15 contract types, including artist splits, performance agreements, licensing, and publishing deals, all written in industry-specific language. The platform supports English and Spanish, enabling bilingual contracts without separate versions. Contracts are drafted by a corporate lawyer and reviewed for legal validity across jurisdictions, with relevant clauses included. Users follow a workflow: selecting a role, choosing a contract type, inputting details, negotiating terms, and signing digitally. Multi-party agreements, like band splits, are supported, and contracts are stored as downloadable PDFs. Electronic signatures eliminate physical paperwork, allowing execution via mobile devices during studio sessions or live events. Completed agreements are stored for future reference and download.
