The best is that to create good samples I just need to know the length of the silences in a video and fill that length with quick bits that complete the clip I normally create 3 or 4 versions and ask for feedback with my team and pick the best rated or start over if there is an agreement that none fits well with the theme of the video. I like to edit that I can edit videos, has examples of sounds, I can do multitrack, in the requirements of the system I like that only requests 2 gb of ram, 7 gb of hard disk, bone does not demand much to run on the pc, you can to import in almost all extensions and the same for exports.
