Museco Connect Reviews & Product Details

Museco Connect is HR software for businesses across the UK and Ireland, built for teams whose staff work on sites, on shifts or on the road as well as in an office. It keeps each employee's record, right to work documents, leave, training and certificates, performance reviews and signed documents in one system, with a web app for the office and an iOS and Android app for staff. Staff request leave, check their rota and open shifts, complete training, upload certificates and sign documents from their phone. Managers approve leave on the move, see who is clocked in on every site, and get reminders before right to work documents, licences and certificates expire. Time and attendance is part of the same system: clock in from the app, a browser or a shared PIN kiosk, with GPS on every punch and optional geofence, Wi-Fi or IP checks. Rotas are checked against 16 working time rules before they go out, overtime follows your own rules, and each pay period produces a payroll file as a CSV or a Sage 50 journal. Payroll periods follow UK or Irish tax years. Employee records are free for any number of people; you pay for the modules you switch on. Built and run by Museco in Northern Ireland, and hosted on Microsoft Azure in Ireland.
