I think Multiplier Global Payroll creates more problems than it solves. It lacks a basic understanding of the country’s law, and the representatives seem clueless, just pushing tickets around. I've had an issue with a tax rebate for five months now, and their only response is that they have pushed the ticket. In 2025, not having an app is noticeable gap, Many tasks would be much easier and quicker on mobile. What I appreciate most about Multiplier is their support team. They are always very accommodating. For example, I recently needed to request a wet-signed copy of my COE and company ID, as these were required for my housing loan application. Christopher was extremely helpful throughout the process.
