Ritchie Larada always gives a timely response and relevant information about our invoices during follow up, so far of all the support she is the most straightforward and customer oriented support person. **What do you dislike about Multiplier Global Payroll?** the workflow needs to be updated with the actual process for the freelancers to be aware where is the stage of the current invoice before it is paid out. **What problems is Multiplier Global Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?** The process of expediting invoice for direct hire employee or free lancers like me. I wish it to be more consistent tho especially we have already a year worth of transaction on this platform.
