It is less hassle in my part doing this every pay out. The onboarding process as well for the new employees is easy to navigate. When it comes to getting access with payslip and Certificate of Employment , it is easy because I just need to log in to my multiplier log in. Anytime and anywhere I can easily access it or download it. When it comes to asking questions, I can easily chat with anyone with my concern and someone automatically reply. Just like yesterday, I had a concern yesterday, and the agent name CEEJHAY/CHRISTOPHER resolved my concern quickly. He is very helpful and nice to chat with. **What do you dislike about Multiplier Global Payroll?** I only had bad experience , there was a time where I get my salary late, no one proactively communicate it to me ahead of time. But after that incident It was all good, I already received my payment on time, and sometimes received it early. Adding my OT hours is not easy because it requires and approval so they can open the timesheet so I can add my hours. **What problems is Multiplier Global Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I request my COE , I easily download it from Multiplier dashboard, and also I was able to download my contract easily there is no need for me to ask or request it to someone higher, and lastly the customer service or the support always gets back to me and make sure they have the answers to my questions. Whenever they don't have answers yet they make sure to make a follow up and let me know. ### 40.
