Also, it has a very exciting feature which I like: its client service. **What do you dislike about mTraction Survey Platform?** There is nothing I disliked about the platform because I like it very much, but the one thing I dislike is sometimes the data seems wrong, but this doesn't hamper me much. **What problems is mTraction Survey Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to go to different websites or different places for getting real-time data insights, and there we found low user engagement. If anything, I will say it is a bit pricey compared to similar solutions.
