The out-of-the-box automation workflows didn't perfectly align with our needs, specifically with regards to our annual-recurring compliance requirements and adding new users to the group throughout the year. I really like the ease of usage with Moxso. It's simple to set up and use, and the videos are much better than many other platforms, no stupid questions like what color was the person wearing in the video, but actually relevant content questions only.
