"Strengthens Accountability and Recognition Across Teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Motivosity?

It helps establish a strong, healthy standard of accountability across different departments, since peers can directly recognize and call out good work. The platform also naturally encourages people to stay aware of what their teammates are accomplishing, so extra effort or late-night pushes don’t just slip under the radar and go unnoticed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

To be completely honest, I don’t have anything major to complain about, because it does exactly what it promises on the box. If I had to point to one drawback, the interface can sometimes feel a bit repetitive—especially if you’re checking the main timeline every single day and there aren’t many updates coming in from the smaller teams. "You’re Welcome, I’m Welcome, We’re All Welcome!"
5/5
What do you like best about Motivosity?

What I like best about Motivosity is that it creates space for genuine connection. I enjoy being able to meet virtually and share personal and work experiences with others. It helps strengthen relationships, encourages support, and makes the workplace feel more connected and welcoming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

What I dislike about Motivosity is that not everyone uses it as a space to share work-related ideas or collaborate professionally. It seems to be used more often for personal sharing, which is valuable, but I think it could be even more beneficial if people also used it to exchange workplace ideas, resources, and insights. "A Simple and Effective Way to Appreciate Employees"
5/5
What do you like best about Motivosity?

Motivosity makes employee recognition simple, timely, and meaningful. I especially appreciate the peer-to-peer recognition feature, which encourages team members to acknowledge each other's contributions and achievements. The platform is easy to use, promotes a positive workplace culture, and helps employees feel valued for their efforts. It also strengthens team engagement by making appreciation a regular part of the work environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

While Motivosity is generally easy to use and effective for employee recognition, some features can take time to fully adopt across teams. At times, notifications can feel excessive, and certain customization or reporting options could be more flexible. Additionally, the value of the platform depends on active participation from employees and managers, so engagement may vary between teams. Overall, these are minor drawbacks compared to the positive impact it has on workplace recognition and engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Tool for Giving Kudos!"
5/5
What do you like best about Motivosity?

Easy user interface; fun to see others participate. LOVE the multiple options for payouts, including a cash card. Giving thanks, extra bucks, and reminders for work anniversaries or birthdays are great tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

Sometimes the transparency can feel weird. Everything seems to work properly though, and i would say the only improvement needed would be a way to earn "thanks points" instead of just the "bucks" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Tool Overall To Show and See Appreciation Within Our Accompany"
5/5
What do you like best about Motivosity?

I really like that we can not only show appreciation to others but also view the achievements of others at my company. It is motivating to see the great work of others and overall helps to feel appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

I think there is not much wrong with the tool itself, it is just not in my practice yet to check Motivosity all the time. I mostly check it at the end of the month when my props are going to expire. Maybe a daily Webex notification with achievements/milestones/birthdays would help me use the tool more on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Massive Time-Saver for Team Evaluation Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Motivosity?

The reporting side is a massive time-saver for anyone running team evaluations. Rather than relying on guesswork, managers can quickly pull up department statistics to get a clearer view of who’s contributing to the culture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

While the software itself runs smoothly, their customer success team can occasionally be a hit or miss. A couple of times when we reached out to ask about the granular mechanics of a newly released feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic Way to Celebrate Team Successes"
5/5
What do you like best about Motivosity?

Motivosity makes it easy to recognize and appreciate coworkers for their contributions. The platform encourages a positive workplace culture, improves employee engagement, and provides meaningful rewards that make recognition feel genuine and motivating Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

One downside is that the shipping fees for rewards can be quite expensive. In my experience, even after paying for shipping through the platform, I was still asked to pay an additional handling fee by the courier upon delivery. This made the redemption process more costly than expected and reduced the overall value of the reward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Employee Recognition Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Motivosity?

Motivosity makes it easy to recognize and appreciate colleagues for their contributions. The platform is simple to use, encourages a positive work culture, and helps strengthen team engagement through peer-to-peer recognition. I also like that it provides a central place to celebrate achievements and milestones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

Overall, the platform is easy to use. However, it would be beneficial to have more reward redemption options and additional customization features for recognition programs. The mobile experience could also be improved to make navigation smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Motivosity helps motivate the positives."
5/5

I think it is so wonderful to have a tool that is helping me as an employee , to think about others around me and how they have helped or inspired me to be a better person or improved my day and be able to acknowledge that in a personal way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

I have not encountered anything yet that I do not care for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fun Engagement with Room for Authenticity Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Motivosity?

I used Motivosity as an employee recognition platform, and I really appreciated how it helped employees feel more connected to one another. It was a lot of fun and kept people engaged, encouraging us to look for ways to compliment our coworkers. Everybody likes to receive spiffs, and it was a pleasant little perk to get a few dollars to use however you wanted. It always felt good when someone recognized you for your efforts, and it was also nice to have a few dollars to spend on things.

I wasn’t involved in the setup or onboarding, but from a user perspective it was easy to use. The interface was great and made navigation simple. I never experienced any issues with the platform, so I didn’t really need to use support. Overall, the software made it very easy to recognize your peers and helped make teamwork something everyone could aspire to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

The way we had it set up was you would get $5 to spend on sharing with employees and if you spent it $2 went into your account each month. There were times at the end of the month when you would still have money to spend and it felt like you were just trying to come up with something to compliment someone on, which didn't feel as genuine.
