I really appreciate Morweb's online application process that they created for our not-for-profit website. It’s incredibly user-friendly and also ensures secure data storage, while also allowing us to retrieve information effortlessly. I found the project management aspects of Morweb's service needed further work. The project manager associated with my project was not as effective as expected and had to drop out halfway through, which affected the project's continuity. As a result, developers had to assume project management responsibilities, which was not ideal. This disruption became apparent to me as a professor of technology project management, marking an area where I felt the service suffered. Though Morweb's technical capabilities are robust, I would suggest that the organization lacks the requisite strong project management skills, and thus which I believe needs more focus, especially considering such a function's customer-facing role.
