Morphik Reviews & Product Details

Morphik is an AI automation platform purpose-built for multi-facility skilled nursing and senior living operators. Morphik's AI workers take over the repetitive administrative work that runs your operation: accounts payable, billing and collections, and nurse admin. They do the work end-to-end rather than suggesting it, while your team keeps control of every approval. Morphik is SOC 2 Type II certified and HIPAA compliant, and signs a BAA with every customer. Accounts payable: Morphik pulls invoices from email, vendor portals, Amazon Business, and paper scans; codes each to the right GL account and facility; routes approvals; and posts to your ERP. It executes payments too. The entire procure-to-pay cycle takes one person clicking approve. Billing & collections, connected to clinical operations: Billing stays in sync with what's happening in your buildings. Morphik maintains a live resident and bed overview and flows change events (move-ins, move-outs, level-of-care changes, rate increases) from care systems into billing systems with human approval and a full audit trail. Missed care-level updates and unbilled ancillary charges stop leaking revenue, and collections work from daily-fresh aging data instead of last month's close. Nurse admin work: Morphik automates the administrative load around care, from assessments to scheduling to the documentation that drives billing, returning nurse hours to residents instead of paperwork. Daily reconciliation and close: Every transaction reconciled every day. Month-end close drops from weeks to days. Morphik works with the systems you already run, no rip-and-replace: RealPage, PointClickCare, Yardi, MatrixCare, ECP, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, ADP, Paychex, and 100+ more. Proof: IEP, a 26-facility California skilled nursing operator, automated ~3,000 invoices a month, cut month-end close from two weeks to 1-2 days, and unlocked $1M+ in annualized NOI with Morphik.
