What do you like best about Monument?

I like how straightforward it is, and I appreciate that the messaging is automated. I like that PDK is integrated into it and delinquencies automatically trigger the gates to lock. Onboarding was easy and very accomplishable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Monument?

I dislike that you cannot search the tenant by alternate contact phone number. Sometimes when they call to pay, I cannot find the tenant page with the alternate number. I dislike that the unit pricing is not listed next to vacant units, and that you have to click into each individual unit and scroll to find the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
