As a non-IT person, I was amazed at how easy this was to set up across a number of sites. The fact that it has so many tools under one platform is a massive win for me as well. It takes the hard work out of keeping an eye on sites without taking up too much time. Essential as a micro business as it means I can just get on with bringing in revenue. Nothing yet, would probably like more video content for the non-techies amongst us to get the most out of the platform. I'm really new to this so maybe I've just not come across them.
