I really appreciate Monk's simple interface, which does exactly what it needs to do. It's fantastic in streamlining the collections process, saving me a ton of time. Its natural and contextual follow-up feels human, and the Slack integration helps escalate things when necessary. Initially, we had some challenges with service dates and formatting in invoices and had to do some manual intervention, but they have since tuned their AI to capture it perfectly. Also, it might be helpful if Monk extended into the e-signature space to automate the process further, allowing us to skip the step of uploading a contract in the first place. We integrate it with Slack but having an integration with our CRM (Attio) would be nice, though it's not necessary for us yet because we don't have a huge volume of contracts. I think it would be nice if I could drag and drop lockbox checks into a scanner that would then suggest where to handle cash application based on the current customer list. This feature is currently a work in progress, but for industries like mine where we rely on physical checks or have more aged infrastructure, it would be great to take advantage of more of the automation! I really appreciate how Monk automates all of our outreach for collecting unpaid invoices. Their team, especially Nurah, is incredibly helpful and responsive, making them super easy to work with. They set up a dedicated Slack channel for us which gives a quick responses. We also have weekly syncs over where we review the reporting and they provide ideas on next steps. I find the reporting to be super easy to understand, which helps us see who hasn't paid invoices, who still needs to pay, and how much we've collected in any given week, making it easy to share this information with my team. Setup was a breeze with their help, taking under thirty minutes to get set up with all their integrations, and it hooks directly into Stripe and Slack, which is really convenient.
