## About Mongrel
The software integrates database clients, remote terminals, container shells, and API tools into one workspace while supporting engine-specific workflows. Database operations include querying, editing, migrating, backing up, restoring, and synchronizing data tailored to each engine. A visual query builder generates SQL for MySQL and MariaDB, while the schema browser displays structures and relationships with foreign-key navigation up to five hops. Remote terminal support includes SSH, MOSH, and TELNET with session logging and file transfers. Docker and Podman enable container and image management, while Kubernetes handles workloads, pods, storage, and Helm operations. The API client supports HTTP/REST, GraphQL, WebSocket, and gRPC with authentication and mTLS. Connection Sync versions profiles via Git workflows. Saved queries, snippets, and history preserve work across sessions. Mongrel runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
