MONARK CORE Reviews & Product Details

Monark Core is a project portfolio management and resource management software designed for companies that want a clearer way to manage projects, teams, workloads, staffing and budgets from one place. Instead of spreading project information across spreadsheets, emails and different tools, Monark Core gives managers and teams a shared workspace to follow day-to-day operations. Projects can be organized by phases, status, client and team, while managers keep visibility over resources, availability, workload and project budgets. The platform includes project management, resource planning, staffing, workload monitoring, RACI-based responsibilities, budget tracking, dashboards and activity history. Teams can quickly see who is working on each project and phase, identify available or overloaded resources, and keep project information structured and easy to access. Monark Core is also designed to adapt to the way each organization works. Fields, statuses, roles, workflows, dashboards and modules can be configured according to internal processes. This makes it suitable for SMEs, service companies, technology teams and organizations managing several projects at the same time. An optional AI assistant helps users explore operational information using natural language, making it easier to find answers and understand project data without going through multiple screens or reports. Monark Core combines project management software, project portfolio management, resource management, staffing and budget monitoring in a single platform. The goal is simple: help teams spend less time searching for information and more time making informed decisions about projects and resources. The solution is developed by MONARK IT, with experience in business software, SaaS platforms, CRM, automation and AI-powered applications.
