The whole team is very close and friendly. They help me with everything (agenda, website, design, production...). Organising an event is very easy with them because you don't have to worry about anything. **What do you dislike about Momento Solutions?** I didn't notice anything I disliked. All their services were of quality, always demonstrating the creativity and professionalism they have. **What problems is Momento Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Momento Solutions listens to you and adapts to the needs of your event to make it unique. They are always innovating, I have seen how they have been implementing new features in chat and polls, as well as their interpretation tool, to give you the best service for your events. We had the ability to listen in to the conference in either French or English in real time. The quality of the interpretation was very good. **What do you dislike about Momento Solutions?** My only issue was being unfamiliar with the platform. As soon as the event started and I got used to the platform, I had no issues. **What problems is Momento Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding simultaneous translation for a federal government event in Canada proved to be a lot more complicated than I had expected. Memento Solutions made the entire process work seamlessly by dealing with both the translation and live streaming of the event. ### 3. The guidance (script sequencing) and set up during the event were much appreciated. **What do you dislike about Momento Solutions?** Somehow things appear differently from browser to browser (like pop-windows etc.) which led to a presentation being shown in mono instead of audio. Would be good if you could test the tool in different applications to be aware of what people see and how to fix it for them. **What problems is Momento Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Professional background support gave us the time to concentrate on the content and presentations. Also, we could react to the chat. It just took away a lot of stress from us. ### 5. It was the first virtual event we held on a platform outside of Zoom and it was excellent. There are two things I'd highlight: 1. The functionality that allowed us to hold separate meetings between entrepreneurs and investors, all happening at the same time. After each entrepreneur pitched their startup to the audience, we needed to organize one on one meetings so investors could ask questions and give feedback to each entrepreneur. This worked great with Momento. It was like having separate rooms in the real world. 2. The personal attention received prior, during and after the event by Momento's Team. They had to walk us through each step (as I said, using a platform for events was a first for us) and they did it with an awesome and supporting attitude. **What do you dislike about Momento Solutions?** I can't think of anything I disliked. What I could think of is one feature that would be a nice-to-have for events like ours: A tool that allows us to change entrepreneurs from one room to another after a given period (if possible pre-set and automatically). For all investors to interact with each startup, we need to be strict with timing and, as it happens in live events, it's hard to cut off conversations after the allotted 10 minutes. So, if we had this feature, it would be awesome. **Recommendations to others considering Momento Solutions:** If you have an online event that involves several presenters and you want to encourage networking, do consider Momento. You won't be disappointed. **What problems is Momento Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Momento Solutions allows our Business School to bring together MBA students, investors, entrepreneurs, and professors from different geographies. This allows us to showcase our student's work and it allows investors to connect with curated startups they could invest in. ### 6. The system is customizable and can answer branding needs an organization may have. Additionally, Momento Solutions is language-flexible and can support an event with translations to over 100 languages, thus making the event more engaging and inclusive. **What do you dislike about Momento Solutions?** No downsides. The experience was great.
