The Mac app store has been restored, and screenshots have been updated. **What do you dislike about Mojave?** Social Media support has been removed from the distribution.CoverFlow view in Finder, it’s now gone. **What problems is Mojave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Improvements with security updates are significant and that's the reason everyone is updating this os ### 2. But now my machine is upgraded to Monterey and I am happy though with latest version. **What problems is Mojave solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was using an older version of Mac while building my scripts which would at least take 15 minutes on a windows machine but with the older version, it was 3-4 minutes. but with Mojave surprisingly it reduced to 1-2 minute. Mac won't get heated up quickly as it happened with the earlier version. ### 3. In 10.15.x and 11.x, mandatory user-approval brings several critical management settings to a halt - notably screen sharing/recording tools. We specifically held off on updating in favor of using Mojave for a couple more years for this very reason. **What do you dislike about Mojave?** Not much to dislike here - features have been continually added through Mojave, and were not unreasonably removed until later versions. A few management tools like AD binding are lacking (as in previous versions), but that's easily remedied via tools like NomAD. **Recommendations to others considering Mojave:** Mojave is getting on in years, but is still a solid version - especially if you're dependent on stable remote management. Later updates have made administration via MDM more unwieldy, in the name of enhanced user privacy - which is admirable, although in my opinion heavy-handed in its application. Mojave is up there with v10.6.8 in terms of stabiility and quality. **What problems is Mojave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mojave has been our favorite version for maximum efficiency with our remote management solution. Now that we're starting to switch to newer versions, we have to deal with the headaches that come with it. I wish we had the flexibility to stay on Mojave for a longer time. ### 4. I updated a few days ago and I haven't had any issues with chrome crashing (was an ongoing issue with prior OS after chrome update). I haven't done the guided tour yet, but I like to try it out before watching so I can see how intuitive some of the changes are **What do you dislike about Mojave?** The download and install took quite some while, which I hadn't anticipated. Right after the update, my macbook crashed, but it's been fine ever since I booted it back up. **Recommendations to others considering Mojave:** It's worth the lengthy upgrade time. Chrome had been crashing regularly before I updated to mojave (after the last chrome update), and it hasn't crashed once since I updated. **What problems is Mojave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping my personal macbook up to date! Chrome functions fully once again, and I'm loving the better transitions between programs and features. ### 5.
