**What do you like best about Modlar?**

I have found that Modlar has been helpful in defining building products in my designs.  The platform itself gives users a large database of products of major companies, thus making selection rather easier and assuring quality.

**What do you dislike about Modlar?**

Effective communication and constant reporting within the project are critical features needed in architectural constructions.  This updated its Modlar functionality to be not very convenient to collab with clients and engineers.

**What problems is Modlar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Modlar simplifies the process of choosing architects by providing a single location that provides access to a wide range of building materials from reputable manufacturers.  With visual search feature, I am able to easily look for relevant products to me in terms of design.

**What do you like best about Modlar?**

Modlar is a useful application for reaching a significant number of architects and building product manufacturers. I like that only the brands are selected, it means that I get to work with only the reliable and innovative brands.

**What do you dislike about Modlar?**

One aspect I found somewhat restrictive is the product search function of Modlar. It will be very useful to be able to search by certain characteristics of the product; however, I do have filters by category and brand.

**What problems is Modlar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my architectural design process, Modlar has been beneficial to me. It helps me to find information on products, compare the given characteristics, and get in touch with manufacturers at Modlar.
