Authorized inventory is secured from brands and distributors, so a retailer adds the products its customers want through one Carro relationship rather than a separate agreement with each supplier. Supplier Onboarding. Each supplier is connected around the systems it already uses, through guided workflows with staged uploads. A test order verifies fulfillment, tracking and invoicing before launch. Catalog & Inventory. Product data, pricing and stock stay in sync across every connected storefront. Retailer edits apply to the retailer's copy of a product, not to the supplier's original. Order Execution. Orders route automatically to the correct supplier for fulfillment, with no manual intervention. Fulfillment is tracked across the supplier network with performance monitoring. Payment Settlement. Billing consolidates into structured payment windows. ACH, wire and card are configurable per vendor, and suppliers are paid when their products sell through partner storefronts. Retailers can work with their existing supplier relationships or add brands through Merchant Services, which provides day-one access to many of the world's top brands across more than 1.5 million products spanning electronics, fashion, beauty, home, lifestyle and specialty, from direct-to-consumer brands through to top fashion houses. Carro connects natively to Shopify, Magento 2, WooCommerce and BigCommerce, and moves data through EDI, API, SFTP and CSV. It is API-first and composable, and operates alongside existing payments, shipping, ERP and accounting systems without replatforming or vendor lock-in. Suppliers and brands retain partner approval, pricing and margin control throughout, and each retail partnership is approved individually. Carro is used by retailers and marketplaces including Pacsun, SHEIN, eBay, Zulily, Simons, Brookstone, Huckberry, Rebel, Jolly and HostGPO.
