Setup was easy requiring only some minor tweaks to go live. When we launched a loyalty program our app users had access immediately. We can see that our app users shop more often and spend more and the push notifications give us the ability to offer promotions only to our app users. The team are very helpful and have become more responsive lately as more staff have been added. **What do you dislike about MobiLoud?** Since MobiLoud is a wrapper solution we are limited in some respects compared to a native app. This needs to be weighed up with speed of implementation and ongoing maintenance/support/feature development compared to other solutions. **What problems is MobiLoud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can offer mobile apps for our Shopify stores at a budget we can afford, which helps us stay connected with our most valuable customers. ### 7. Also, it did not allow us to easily communicate with both lead people at once (caused a bit of a silo of information). An easy solution would be to use Slack or an equivalent platform. **What problems is MobiLoud solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem was reducing the time and cost of creating and launching an app on the App Store and Google Play. After that, Mobiloud will take care of the rest. Maybe, we can ask for a more interesting renewal terms and price, but beside this we have nothing else to complain about. **Recommendations to others considering MobiLoud:** We had researched a lot and we couldn't found a better tool to create apps from wordpress. Just some problems while trying to upload the app to the app stores, but everything solved thanks to mobiloud support. But the idea of having my "native app" solved in a couple of weeks was amazing. Still working on it after 7 months and no problem found on the app. Really helpful for our needs. **What do you dislike about MobiLoud?** Price is a bit expensive, but regarding that on this side you don't have to do much in order to have your app up and going, you just don't mind spending it. You always can work with a developer that can do this for you in a custom way, but you will need a lot of time and much more money to spend. Maybe the app speed can improve a bit, and some customization options could be a bit more interesting.
