Quick reply and they have always fixed / created everything. No is not an answer. The app is a replica of your site, so no manual work. It's not cheap but saves you hours every month. Which is their strength, but for developers who like to poke around, it's limiting. But even then, they offer to help with custom development, so it's not the worst. Compared to other app solutions for Shopify, MobiLoud allows us to provide all the features of our website at an affordable cost. Setup was easy requiring only some minor tweaks to go live. When we launched a loyalty program our app users had access immediately. We can see that our app users shop more often and spend more and the push notifications give us the ability to offer promotions only to our app users. Since MobiLoud is a wrapper solution we are limited in some respects compared to a native app. This needs to be weighed up with speed of implementation and ongoing maintenance/support/feature development compared to other solutions.
