The biggest positive for me was how practical the team was when working through the setup. MMC Global did not treat the implementation as a standard configuration exercise. They asked questions about how we actually operate, explained their recommendations clearly, and adjusted parts of the system when our business requirements called for a different approach. One thing I would mention is that some configuration decisions took a little longer than expected because we wanted the workflows to reflect our actual processes rather than settle for the first option available.
