MLSImport connects a WordPress real estate website directly to the MLS. Instead of embedding a third-party IDX iframe, MLSImport retrieves listings through the RESO Web API and saves them in your own WordPress database as native content. The listings live on your own domain, which means faster pages, full control over the content, and real SEO value for each property page. Once a listing is imported, MLSImport keeps it up to date automatically. An hourly sync checks for new and changed listings, while a daily reconciliation removes listings that are no longer available in the feed. This keeps the website aligned with the MLS without requiring manual updates. Photos are served directly from the MLS CDN, so thousands of listing images do not need to be stored on your server. MLSImport works with any WordPress theme. Its Standalone mode provides its own property search, listing cards, half-map search, single property pages, and agent profiles. These can be added using shortcodes, Gutenberg blocks, or Elementor widgets. If you already use a supported real estate theme, MLSImport can also write listings directly into the theme’s own property structure. This includes WPResidence, WPEstate, Houzez, and RealHomes, so imported listings behave like properties added manually through the theme. MLSImport supports any RESO ready MLS. With your API credentials you can connect to hundreds of MLS markets across the United States and Canada through major RESO data providers such as Bridge, Trestle, Spark, MLS Grid, Rapattoni, Centris, and others. You use your own MLS credentials, so access to the data remains under your own MLS agreement. You also control exactly what gets imported.
